Tonight I am just that.
I turned in my paper, did my presentation, and am now finished for the semester! 🙂
Laura Danielle was born December 1, 2010 at 6pm. She is 21 inches long and 9 lbs and 1 oz.
I can’t wait to hold her!! Congrats Jennifer and Matt. We love you!

Perfect Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
- 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cups all-purpose unbleached flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 packet quick rising yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1tsp honey
- optional: parsley, oregano, or basil (or a mix)
Combine hot water, yeast, olive oil, and honey. Stir and let sit for 5 or so minutes.
Preheat oven to 500° F. If using a pizza stone- let it preheat with oven.
I would highly recommend using tomato sauce too on this crust. An old fav of mine and Luvy’s is tomato sauce with spinach, onion, Tofurky italian sausages, mushrooms, peppers, sundried tomatoes, Daiya cheese, salt and pepper.
